Shipping & Returns...and Worldwide Shipping info

Same Day Shipping
Parts ordered must be in stock for the order to ship….good news is approximately 95% of all orders placed leave our warehouses within 24 to 48 hours(not including weekends & holidays). Most remaining orders leave within 2 to 5 days. 

Even with our huge inventory, we may run out of an item. 

If this is the case some orders can take between 4-14 days…ANY order delays over 24 hours we will call or email to advise you.

Once an order has shipped, average Ground transit time is an additional 2 to 16 working days if you choose Ground or you live in a remote area. Fed Ex Economy has a standard shipping time of 1-5 days to most of Canada ( if you are remote, you already know that some areas of Canada an OVERNIGHT shipment is 4 days.) 

If you choose Ground please be aware – THIS WILL TAKE LONGER than it did a year ago…GROUND Shipments are averaging in some cases 7-21 business days…yes this means going from the West Coast to the East coast of Canada has taken almost a month…this is mostly in winter, we all know winter can be brutal in Canada!

If you are in a Canadian Region that uses a PO Box you need to choose that on checkout – we have one option if you choose a PO Box and with the current conditions of Canada Post – if you have a better address option please use that and then we can use Purolator, Fed Ex or Canada Post.

**the current world order in regards to oil supply and costs have spiked freight costs in a major way – we are eating a large chunk of all the freight costs, a subsidy I guess, but call us if you have a freight question – we are trying to update it daily as we are well aware of how freight costs affect purchase decisions**

Shipment Method
All orders are shipped Fed Ex Economy as a default as it is the best deal for time and money (we subsidize this rate for you) we also offer Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air options. 

We ship from coast to coast to coast in Canada, to all 50 states, and so far over 50 other countries on almost every continent!

We ship MOST International orders from our Canadian Warehouse – email us for more information [email protected]

Shipment Shortages
Any shipment shortage must be reported within 5 business days.

For any packaging errors, you must provide us with an invoice number that is on the packing slip with the part number ~ this is needed so we can put procedures in place to do our best to eliminate packaging and shipping errors.

Back Orders
Unless otherwise directed, all orders will be entered as ship and back order. Back orders will be shipped as they become available. We will contact you prior to shipment for back orders over 5 days old.

Canada Orders
Orders to Canada are shipped from Canada therefore there are NO tariffs, customs duties and associated assessments that will surprise you after your order has arrived. Some of these fees you will NOT incur are Import Duties, Brokerage Fees, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. 

These costs are already paid for by Truxxx so we will NOT be passing any of them along to you.

Shipping and Return Policy

 

You may return ANY Truxxx product within 30 days of the purchase date. In most cases we simply refund your purchase price less freight. (Your purchase price includes a small freight charge which is not refunded ~ all freight is not free ~ if you can get Fed Ex to deliver our stuff for free I will give you a job!).

***Installed kits are not available for return – if you have used it and changed your mind consider it the same thing as eating a meal in a restaurant, going home, going to bed for the evening, getting up, having your morning movement and then returning the “meal” in a doggy waste bag.***

Returns are not accepted after 30 days without prior approval ( call us 855.668.0541 for details if this is you) – special approval for these over 30 days is required as these returns are subject to a restocking fee – this is 25% plus any outgoing freight costs and only for NEW UNOPENED AND UNUSED kits… (I am sorry you bought 35’s for your Ridgeline and the kit doesn’t work, but seriously….you really should have known better, the problem isn’t us, it is that “keyboard” warrior who said it would work…you know, that guy living in mom’s basement eating Cheetos and who thinks he is an expert because he has read every forum thread posted the last 5 years :-} )

Items without a RGA form and a copy of original sales order or order # will not not be processed…returns without correct info will simply sit in a corner of the warehouse unopened and waiting for the return fairy to show up and magically look through 20 years of order history “trying to line up the part number with the name and address on the shipping label“…if there is no name or address on the shipping label even the magical return fairy will find the return impossible to process…and it will sit in the corner forever collecting dust…

You are responsible for return shipping charges unless other arrangements have been made when getting your RGA number.

Please include all original items in your return shipment – missing pieces will make all returns subject to the above mentioned restocking fees and charges and some incomplete returns may not be eligible for a refund…stories about the dog eating the instructions or the hardware bag or even the strut caps may have worked in Grade 5 when you didn’t do your homework but I was in that class too…my dog was great, it was my sister who flushed my homework down the toilet :-}

No returns accepted after 15 days of your RGA number being created under any circumstances….basically you ask for a return in your 30 day window, we give it to you and then we expect you to put that order on a delivery truck of your choice within 15 days…if it takes you 14 months we will not authorize the return. Yes – this has happened more than once.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used…if your original payment method is not available to use we have no option but to issue you a credit.

** Truxxx does not keep credit card #’s on file***

Purchases from Truxxx Dealers or Online Stores: all items purchased from Truxxx Dealers or Online Stores must be returned to those stores in conjunction with that dealer or Online store’s policy.

Warranty and Defective Returns: If you have been issued a warranty replacement part, we may request you return the defective part. In these cases Truxxx will pay for return shipping. If necessary, this procedure will be highlighted further when you’ve submitted a Warranty Claim
