20011-2019 Ford Explorer 2WD and 4WD
This is the same as the link included in kit # 102015 & 102035 – it the replacement part if your break your extensions due to forgetting to adjust your sway bar during install.
Install instructions are included but are also posted below:
Install sway bar link extensions to sway bars…make sure to LOOSEN sway bar so it can rotate to new position, trying to install without adjusting for new length of sway bar links will cause them to bind and BREAK…DO NOT tighten sway bar mounts or sway bar links to spec until truck drops back on the ground…tightening on hoist will cause sway bar failure.
**In most cases the extension will be ABOVE the factory hole – meaning the sway bar end link will be above the factory hole***
****Some techs do not use the extensions, they simply readjust the sway bar and sway bar links to fit. Use at your discretion.
